ICENI Taekwon-do’s Independent ITF journey began with big attendances at our Monday and Thursday classes last week.
Mr and Mrs B preparing students for their 1st Independent ITF belt grading on Monday 25th March.

We also had a “magnificent 7” Black Belts attend our first ever ICENI ALUMNI Jee-Goo club session on the later Thursday evening class.
Plenty of stress relieving bag work, and even time for some pattern refreshers.
The next one is on Thursday 11th April from 8.30pm.
This is a casual club, with no pressure, and a chance to be part of our growing ICENI Taekwon-do Tribe.
