Both started learning martial arts over 40 years ago!

Their Traditional style of teaching ITF Taekwon-do has been passed down to them via their own Grandmaster Roy Oldham (OITF/GTUK), who was one of the first people in the United Kingdom to be awarded his black belt by First Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha. Rhee Ki Ha was the first Grandmaster promoted by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.

Both instructors have authenticated ITF certification from Grandmaster Hwang Kwang Sung K-9-1.
