The seminar took place at the Venue Beccles on 11th Dec 2023.
Sixth Dan Regional Examiner Mr Gillett and ICENI instructors, Mr & Mrs Bedingfield, led a large group of students through a 2 hour session of traditional ITF Taekwon-do training, which included: Drill work Techniques, Patterns, Sparring, Knife Defence and Destruction.
New members are always welcome, and can start on any Monday or Thursday with 4 Free Sessions.
