This week we will be practicing Destruction-Breaking Techniques and other Routines ready for the Grading Seminar!
So try to make at least the Monday or Thursday session!

Seminar Grading is on Monday 11th December
at The Venue in our normal Activity Hall 6.20pm for 6.30pm start!
Students need a clean dobok/club t-shirt, drink, and sparring kit if they have it.
Revise the Korean from your belt syllabus sheets and your New belt meaning.
