ICENI TAEKWON-DO Instructors Mr & Mrs Bedingfield have both been very successful competitors at National Tournaments with many British and UK Titles between them.
Their Traditional style of teaching has been passed down to them via their own Grandmaster Roy Oldham, who was one of the first people in the United Kingdom to be awarded his black belt by First Grandmaster Rhee Ki Ha.
Rhee Ki Ha was the first Grandmaster promoted by the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi.

Our students come from all over the region to practice our martial art: Beccles, Norwich, Lowestoft, Loddon, Southwold, Wrentham, Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Oulton Broad, Framingham, Halesworth, Eye, Harleston . . .

The British Taekwondo Council is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children in Taekwondo. We have worked closely with the Child Protection In Sport Unit (CPSU) and NSPCC to develop robust policy and procedures to safeguard children, achieving the NSPCC & CPSU’s National Advanced Standards for safeguarding and protecting children in sport. We work closely with all our clubs and statutory agencies to ensure that safeguarding children is prioritised. Any allegation, suspicion of harm or concern is taken seriously and responded to swiftly, fairly and appropriately.

ICENI Taekwon-do is a member of the British Taekwondo Council, the National Governing Body for Taekwondo. The BTC has achieved NSPCC Advanced Standards in Safeguarding. ICENI Taekwon-do adheres to all of the BTC’s Safeguarding policies and procedures.
